Latest News .  .  . 10 July 2008 - Open Meeting at Harlequin Theatre 10 July 2008  -  Open Meeting at Harlequin Theatre. ORGANISERS of next year's Redhill Carnival will hold an open meeting on Tuesday 15 July for anyone wishing to take part. The meeting will be held at The Harlequin Theatre, Redhill, on Tuesday, July 15, at 7.30pm. Carnival organiser Fran Giles said: "There are opportunities to take part in a schools' drama competition, street events, the gala evening at The Harlequin, the parade through the town, the events in the park, volunteering for stewarding or sponsoring the carnival."   Redhill Carnival Community Interest Company  -  Regd.
